Hyde London City has officially opened, revitalising the iconic Grade II-listed Spiers & Pond building in Farringdon, and we are proud to have been a key part of this transformation. At Chris Turner Procurement, we managed every aspect of the FF&E and OS&E procurement process, from budgeting and coordination to installation.

Our role was to ensure that Hyde’s signature contemporary design blended seamlessly with the building’s historical charm. Working closely with Studio Moren and Ennismore, we helped bring their vision to life, balancing modern luxury with the preservation of this architectural treasure.
